Why is working with horses so different?

Horses are essentially prey animals, and rely on other members of their ‘team’ for an honest reflection of the world around them.

They don’t pay politics, they build meaningful and memorable relationships based on truth and trust.

For horses, every action has purpose and they are incredibly perceptive – if you don’t mean it, or believe it, they won’t either, and they will make that very clear.

When we are faced with an environment where the bottom line is king and first impressions count, it can be difficult to stay true to ourselves and be authentic with those we are interacting with. The horses will only follow someone who is aligned in head, heart and gut, someone who is true to themselves.

This two day programme will give your team the space to explore their communication in a completely unique way. Interactions and tasks with the horses will expose default emotional and behavioural patterns. Your team will have the time to reflect and become more self aware.

Our work is very hands on, and although there is a little classroom based learning, for the most part you will be in the paddocks interacting with the horses.
